Order and delivery
How do I place an order? |
Choose an item or items from our webshop. Select the correct size and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click on your shopping cart at the top right of the screen and click on checkout. Then log in to your account or create one if you don't already have one. Enter your details and choose one of the payment options. After your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. You will be kept informed of the status of your order by e-mail. |
When do I receive my order? |
If you are on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 4:00 PM has ordered and your payment has been received, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed and paid for on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. During holidays it may take longer before your order is shipped due to busy times. You will always receive a confirmation by e-mail when we have received your payment, as soon as your order is shipped, when it is on its way to you and when your order has been delivered. In these e-mails you will also find a link to the Track & Trace page, so that you can check for yourself when you will receive your order. |

You can recognize secure websites by the lock icon on the left side of your browser's address bar at the top of the page. The actual payments are made via the secure payment portal of Multisafepay. Your data is completely protected here. Multisafepay also uses an SSL connection. |

Exchange & Return
How can I return ordered products? |
Follow the instructions below to ensure that the shipment and processing of your return(s) go smoothly:
Example 1: If you paid for your purchase with iDEAL, you will receive the return amount within 14 days on the account you paid with. Example 2: If you paid for your purchase with a Gift Card, you will receive a digital Gift Card with a value equal to the return amount within 14 days. NB! Outlet items cannot be exchanged or returned! |
How can I exchange my purchase? |
Accidentally the wrong size or not the right color? You can enter the items you want to exchange 30 days return it to us and then place a new order with the correct items. NB! Outlet items cannot be exchanged or returned! |
How does it work with shipping costs when exchanging? |
If you would like to exchange an item with the wrong size or color, you can return it to us within 30 days and place a new order for the item in the correct size or color. The shipping costs for the new order are for you for orders under €50 within NL and under €70 for Belgium and Germany. Do you want to exchange an item due to an error or defect on our part? Then we will take care of the return costs and shipping costs of the new order. Please contact us for this by sending an email to info@bee-cute.nl or via our LiveChat at the bottom right of the screen. |
What is the right of withdrawal and how do I use it? |
The right of withdrawal is the right to return or exchange items within a certain time after purchase. You have the right to your order 30 days after purchase without giving any reason. You have after cancellation 14 days the time to return your product. You will then be credited with the full purchase amount. NB! Outlet items cannot be exchanged or returned! If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, register your return via our self-service return system in your customer account . You will then receive the order amount due, less return costs 14 days after registration of your return, back in the manner in which you paid, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it. |
I used a Gift Card to pay for my purchase. How does this work if I want to return my purchase? |
At Bee Cute you will receive the purchase amount back in the same way as you paid. If you have paid the entire amount of your purchase with a Gift Card, you will receive a digital Gift Card with the value of the purchase amount when you return. If you have only paid part of the purchase amount with a Gift Card and the rest via iDEAL, you will receive the amount you paid with the Gift Card back in the form of a digital Gift Card with the same value. The remaining amount will be refunded to the account you paid with. |

I have received a Gift Card. How do I redeem it? |
You redeem a Gift Card when you pay for an order. You do this as follows:

Can I use my Gift Card in parts? |
You can use a Gift Card as many times as needed until the full value has been used up. If the purchase amount of your order is less than the value of your Gift Card, the purchase amount will be deducted from the Gift Card. You can then use the remaining amount on your Gift Card for a subsequent purchase. |
Can I also pay partially with a Gift Card? |
You can partially pay for your purchase with a Gift Card and partially with another payment option. If the purchase amount is higher than the value of your Gift Card, the value of your Gift Card will be deducted from the purchase amount. You must then pay the remaining outstanding amount via another payment method. The value on your Gift Card has then been completely used up and the Gift Card has then become unusable. |

How do I know which size to order? |
Sizes can sometimes differ per brand or item. We try to inform you about this as much as possible on the product pages. Our size chart provides a guideline for choosing the right size. You can determine the size based on the height of your child. Are you still unsure about which size to choose or about a certain item? I just received an item and it is now on sale. Am I entitled to set-off? |
Unfortunately, you are not entitled to a refund of the price difference if a product that has already been purchased appears to be discounted a short time later. |
What should I do if I have a complaint? |
We attach great importance to the quality of our products and the service orientation towards you as a customer. We want you to be satisfied with our products and services. We therefore recommend that you contact us with a complaint. This is possible:
We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible and, in consultation with you, will solve the problem as soon as possible. We will respond substantively to your complaint within 5 working days. We always do our utmost to resolve complaints to the satisfaction of the customer. If you are not satisfied with the solution we offer in response to your complaint, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
